If there is a quality issue with any of our products, please let us know within 7 days of receiving product  and we will work with you to make it right.

If you are seeking a refund due to a quality concern, we ask that digital photos be taken of the product and emailed to us. We will review these photos and issue an appropriate refund. Photos are required for a refund. Buy is responsible for return shipping costs if applicable.
