ABOUT
THE CROW'S CROFT

Hi, I'm Zoey
At my core, I'm a mother, a wife, and a farmer.

I've loved animals for as long as I can remember. They have always been the constant in my life, the thing I was naturally drawn to and endlessly fascinated by. As I got older, that love evolved into a passion for agriculture and livestock, and eventually into a dream of building something of my own.

The Crow's Croft was born from that dream. What started with a few pigs and a lot of determination has grown into a family farm dedicated to raising exceptional pork, caring for our animals with respect, and producing food we're proud to share with our community.

Today, we raise Berkshire and Duroc pigs on pasture in Redmond, Oregon using rotational grazing practices and a non-GMO, corn-free, soy-free feed program. We believe animals should have the opportunity to express their natural behaviors, and we work hard every day to create a system that supports both animal welfare and healthy land.

Like many small farms, The Crow's Croft has been built one step at a time... through early mornings, late nights, and a commitment to making steady progress season after season.

A FAMILY OPERATION
The Crow's Croft is truly a family operation. My husband Charles and our son Kastle are a huge part of daily farm life, and together we've built something that reflects the values we care deeply about.

From feeding pigs and moving fence to farmers markets and celebrating each new litter, this farm has become woven into the fabric of our family's life.

Some of my favorite moments have been watching Kastle grow up alongside the animals and seeing the pride he takes in being part of what we've built together.

BEYOND OUR FARM
Supporting agriculture doesn't stop at our fence line. We are proud members of the Oregon Pasture Network and the High Desert Food & Farm Alliance, and I am honored to serve on the advisory committees for both organizations.
Working alongside other farmers, ranchers, and community leaders allows me to help strengthen local food systems, support agricultural education, and advocate for the future of small farms.

LIFE AT THE CROW'S CROFT

Whether you're purchasing pork for your family's dinner table or one of our handcrafted lard-based body care products, our goal is simple: to create products that reflect the same standards we have for our own family, wholesome, high-quality, and produced with care.
Thank you for supporting local agriculture, family farms, and our family's dream.
